Skyline Tower
Skyline Tower is a landmark 45-story mixed-use development located in the heart of the city's financial district. This ambitious project combines luxury residential units, premium office space, boutique retail, and a five-star hotel under one iconic silhouette.
The tower's distinctive twisted form was inspired by the natural spirals found in nature, creating a dynamic profile on the skyline while maximizing views and natural light for every unit. The curtain wall facade features high-performance glass that reduces solar gain while maintaining transparency and connection to the cityscape.
Design Approach
Our design philosophy for Skyline Tower centered on creating a vertical community that brings together diverse functions while maintaining the privacy and exclusivity expected by our clientele. Sky gardens on every tenth floor provide shared green spaces that encourage interaction between residents and tenants.
